The Practice of Dreams
Since the mid 70’s, through varying periods of art production, I have recorded my dreams that have at times included fully realized objects, sculptural installations and images. This series was a process to retrieve and materialize some of the dreams. We are all intrigued by our own dreams, for me the materials and images from these pieces (sugar, incense, termite waste, strips of metal, pencil shavings, clay boats, Greek words) are as intriguing as their accompanying story.
