The 2nd annual San Diego Unified Visual Arts Honors Exhibit recognizes and celebrates the exceptional, unique stories being told by high school students through a variety of visual arts media and techniques across the school district. The exhibit also provides accepted students the valuable experience of preparing work for display in a professional space. 

Work submitted for jurying was evaluated by art exhibition professionals from Art Produce, the Institute of Contemporary Art, Mesa College Museum Studies, and the Museum of Photographic Arts. The jurors examined over 125 submitted works with an eye towards a demonstration of creativity/personal voice, design, intent, and level of craft.
